Our Agri-Restaurant, immersed in the Ilcinese countryside just 700 meters from the town, will welcome you with an atmosphere of times gone by, making you relive the "trip out of town" with the classic stop to cheer up the palate. Our Chef Imma Cordella will welcome you personally, pampering you through a sensory journey enhancing the raw materials of our company Agricultural which saffron, garlic, honey, truffle, ancient grains, EVO oil, beer and wine, drawing on the excellence of the territory such as meats, the best pork butcher's shop and the renowned Tuscan pecorino cheeses, without forgetting the vegetables, fruits and aromatic herbs from our garden that Imma passionately selects and harvests every day. Some of the dishes studied by our Chef are inspired by traditional recipes combined in a contemporary way, the result of careful research and never banal. Our guests will be surprised and overwhelmed by a unique experience in the territory.
