Usage
Before use, the stigmas should be soaked in warm water or other liquid. Our saffron in pistils to be valorized to the maximum can be used in two ways:
a) Place the pistils in hot water or other liquid for a good hour so that the color and aroma are released in their entirety. Both the liquid and the stigmas can be used to make the recipe.
b) Place the pistils to be used on a piece of baking paper and grind until they become a powder. Pour the powder into the dish during the last minutes of cooking. This procedure intensifies the aroma.
