The first edition of a unique event dedicated to the celebration of Italian food and wine excellence was held. Organized by the FoodandWineAngels Agency in collaboration with Papillae Magazine, directed by Carol Agostini, the event featured several excellent companies.
The day, designed to promote quality Made in Italy products, welcomed journalists, representatives of local institutions, including the Honorable Andrea Volpi, Mayor of Lanuvio, and Deputy Mayor Valeria Viglietti, delegate to the “Città del Vino”. This exclusive event, held behind closed doors, represented an opportunity to enhance niche products and celebrate the synergy between culinary art and the territory.
Tastings and Lunch of Excellence
From late morning, participants were able to discover and taste a rich selection of specialties: from fine wines to cheeses, from cured meats to artisanal pasta, through juices, jams, ciders and sweet creations. Each product was presented by its respective producers, offering a direct and immersive experience.
The highlight was lunch, where chef Verri transformed the exhibitors' products into unique gastronomic creations, accompanied by wines from Tenuta Borgolano, a company from Oltrepò Pavese represented by Donatella Quaroni.
An event that looks to the future
The impeccable organization, curated by Carol Agostini and her team, made this first edition a success, creating a format destined to become a regular event for the promotion of Italian food and wine excellence.
