PreparationTo make our saffron cream, our organic saffron is infused in UHT cream, heated to 80°C. After heating the cream, two types of cheese are added: Pecorino and Parmigiano.
Cornstarch is added to the cheese, resulting in a sort of fondue that is stored in glass jars, sealed with metal caps and sterilized in an autoclave at 120°C.
